Refund policy

We provide QC (quality check) video/picture before we ship out the package, you need to confirm the size, address and condition of the goods you ordered during this part.
After get your approval, we will send out the goods. If we do not receive any response from you within 3 days after the QC, we will assume that all the information is correct and you are satisfied with the items you ordered.
Therefore, after customers received the shoes, we will not accept after-sales applications if the customer believes that the product is defective or of poor quality due to personal subjective emotions.

If you need to apply for a refund or a return/exchange, please contact our customer service to inform the reason and provide relevant videos or photos to proceed the process.

About Refund

We ACCEPT refunds in the following situations:
● The package was seized by customs during transportation (We can reship the item you ordered or a refund)
● The style or the size of goods you received is different from what you ordered or confirmed by QC


We do NOT accept refunds for the following reasons:
● Ordered the wrong style or wrong size for personal reasons
● The address filled in by the customer when placing the order is incorrect, resulting in the goods not being received
● Do not assist customs in signing for packages or paying duties (for example, Mexico, Peru and other countries will have customs duties and need assistance with customs clearance and payment of duties)
● Failure to sign for the package in time or refusal to sign for it
● The delivery status shows that the delivery is successful/delivered but you said the package is missing

About Return or Exchange

These conditions must be met
● The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, the shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from the refund
● All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and are well packaged
● We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit
● If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any customs charges. We are NOT
responsible for any return custom charges made

We will not be able to provide a return or exchange if the retured package is not delivered successfully or getting seized/detained by customs

Warm Reminder
We are based in China. The return shipping fee is expensive and the return time may take a long time. If possible, try not to return/exchange goods to give each other a good shopping experience.
